We had a lovely weekend and the location of the condo was awesome, but we were incredibly disappointed that the fireplace didn't work. We called on the first night and were told that this was a known issue, so I don't understand why we were not warned ahead of time. The best part off coming off the slopes at the end of the day is having a warm fire to sit by and dry out gear. Please let us know how you can make this up to us. We deserved to know about this issue in advance.

Extremely disappointed that the fireplace didn’t work, just now finding out that the fireplace has been broken for at least a month and we were not advised, they even went as far as to say that they had to go on roof to fix it but the door was frozen shut (bs) other than that the place was great, beautiful view, great location
