Off of the kitchen you will find a full bath, and access to the unit's one car heated garage, which makes it easy to "move in" to your home away from home.

Downstairs you will find both bedrooms and two more bathrooms, and a washer & dryer. The guest bedroom has a queen sized bed with a twin over top, and an en suite full sized bath. The master bedroom has a queen bed, a twin bed and a trundle for extra guests. There is also an en suite full sized bath. Both bedrooms have ample closet space, and spare pillows and blankets.

Phoenix Townhomes offer FREE WIFI and an outdoor heated pool, 2 hot tubs, and an exercise facility with sauna. The clubhouse also offers a pool table. Please note that amenities may be unavailable in the off-season and for maintenance without notice.

GETTING AROUND:
The Phoenix is located one block away from the ski area on Apres Ski Way, just a short walk to the Gondola. Winter shuttle service for transportation to grocery stores and downtown Steamboat Springs.
