WONDERFUL RETREAT!

Property is just as described and the amenities are top notch. Such a treat to be able to come back after hitting the slopes and relax in the condo, which feels like HOME. Would totally stay here again and and the views are gorgeous.

We loved our stay. The accommodations were elegant and comfortable! Everything was provided. The Edgemont was equally wonderful. Easy ski in-ski off, great pool and jacuzzi and parking. We look forward to returning.

This condo is in a great location with incredible amenities. The heated locker room was uber convenient. The condo is well stocked and well maintained. The management company (Kathy) was very helpful and prompt to return our calls. I would definitely recommend this condo for your trip to Steamboat!

We loved our first stay in Steamboat. This condo is beautiful and very well appointed. Great ski in and ski out. We used the Edgemont /Bearclaw shuttle all week and they were fantastic! Never waited more than 20 minutes and often much shorter. I highly recommend this condo!

Perfect apartment

We've stayed in a lot of vacation homes and this was definitely one of, if not, the best. The apartment is perfectly located and was in spotless condition. The apartment is finished to a high standard, with an amazing kitchen and wonderful bathrooms. Our kids loved sleeping in the bunk beds and our master bed was incredibly comfortable. Everything, from kitchen utensils to bedding, is of excellent quality. The owner was very helpful when HomeAway forgot to send us check-in details and was responsive to calls and emails. The only downside was that the pool/hot tub at Edgemont was undergoing cleaning for almost the whole time we were staying there, so we didn't get to use it as much as we would like. However, since there is not much anyone can do about that, we would not downgrade our review as a result. Without question, we would stay in the apartment again if visiting Steamboat.

Fabulous place. Truly ski in and out unlike any other. You ski right down to ski school in 30 sec. kitchen allowed for all cooking- totally stocked. We had 2 Families of 4 and it was perfect. Kids all shared a room. Hot tub: heated pool and fire pit with s’mores was awesome and the ski lockers with heated dryers topped off all the details. Would definitely stay again and appreciated working with owner. He was responsive to all requests.

Great time in Steamboat!

We loved the property. Great ski in/out! Great views of Yampa Valley. Phil Brooks and his team were very responsive to emails and requests. The condo was cozy with nice accommodations and high quality finishes/accessories. Good WiFi. The only bad thing was the Edgemont workout room. It was like a closet. Hope to go back soon. Thanks to the Brooks family for sharing their property.

What an amazing place!

This was the first time we took our family skiing in Colorado. I couldn't have picked a better spot if I spend the better part of a year searching. This place has it all and the level of comfort you feel when entering the condo is worth every penny. Location and amenities were amazing. We'll be back very soon!!!

Luxury Ski-in/Ski-out Condo

The condo was fantastic and the location was incredible. The heated ski locker room right on the trail made for a very effortless morning, lunch and final run every day. Being able to ski in for lunch and relax in your luxury condo and afterwards ski down to the gondola to start the second half of the day was so great. You could go right from the ski lockers over to the amazing hot tub and pool. And for those who have a car the heated garage was a huge bonus. The staff was fantastic. When a bulb burnt out they were up in no time to fix it. Another bonus was the free shuttle service offered by the condo. You could call them at any time and get a ride not only around the mountain area but into town for eating or shopping. I would absolutely stay in this condo again!
