Welcome to your charming mountainside condo located just 400 yards from the base of the resort. This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo is designed to provide you with a cozy retreat, making your stay truly exceptional.

Your stay at this updated mountainside condo promises cozy comfort, ultimate convenience, and a peaceful retreat. Book now and enjoy your mountain adventure in style!

The space includes a king bed, queen sofa sleeper, and sleeps 4 guests comfortably. Excellent dining and shopping are close-by with easy walking access to world-class ski resort and nearby snowmobiling, fishing, biking, hiking, and golfing.

Guests can access the entire condo.

Short walk to Wild Plum (local grocer, eatery, spirits), Base Area, and Gondola. Convenient free public shuttle (shuttle pickup is just steps away in front of building with just one stop before the drop off at the mountain). Walk to Gondola – The mountain is very accessible from the condo. Our condo is roughly 400 yards from the base of the Gondola. Simply walk past the hot tub on the far end of the parking lot and proceed through the parking lot and down the road as you walk directly toward the Gondola. Once you are almost under the Gondola (there should be a short trail), you can walk, ski, or board directly down to the Gondola entrance (approximately 50 yards).

Featuring close-in mountain access and views, this recently updated Steamboat Mountain Sunrise Condo offers elegant, quiet, and relaxing accommodation approximately 400 yards from the Gondola. Offering free private parking (covered and uncovered), the condo is in an area where guests can engage in activities such as world-class skiing/boarding, snowmobiling, hiking, biking, fishing, and golfing. This condo has 1 bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a flat-screen smart TV, high speed internet access, dining area, wood burning fireplace, large bedroom with a king bed, vanity and bathroom fitted with a tub and shower, comfortable queen sofa bed, separate bathroom vanity for guests, and a washer and dryer. Guests are welcome to take advantage of a private balcony/grill and a shared outdoor hot tub. Approximate distance to the Old Town Hot Springs, Yampa River Botanic Park and Steamboat downtown area is 3 miles, Strawberry Park Natural Hot Springs is about 10 miles, and Yampa Valley Regional Airport is about 25 miles from the property.

Great stay at this well located condo

This condo was perfect for our family of three. The condo was in a great location with a nice kitchen, family, room, dining room, and bedroom. We used the pull out couch and it was one of the most comfortable for a pull out. The place could have been cleaned better before our arrival but didn’t bother us too much.
