Just minutes away from the base of the ski mountain. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is a full kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen is also fully stocked with dishware. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining table for 6 and a spacious living room with a pull-out queen sofa bed and chairs. The living room also includes a TV with free cable, a DVD player and gas fireplace. If that is not enough, the unit has 2 full bathrooms and a washer and dryer. Also, all linens, towels and washcloths are in the unit. For your added convenience there is free Wi-Fi. On the property, there is a hot tub and sauna that is free to use. This unit has private ski/snowboard storage right next to the front door. It can be locked and is not shared with any other unit. The condo is non-smoking and there are no pets allowed. Sunburst Condominiums does provide free parking.
It is located just minutes from both the Steamboat Mountain ski area and town. The condominium is just 75 feet from the free city bus that runs every 20 minutes. This will take you right to the mountain and all other attractions that Steamboat has to offer.

The payment is NON- REFUNDABLE.
After you finish booking please contact me. I need to get the name of the person who will be checking in so I can give that to Sunburst. They will need this to look up the reservation. The person checking in will need to be 21 or older and provide some form of government ID.
Upon arrival, you will need to provide a $100 deposit (Visa or MasterCard) for incidentals.
Check-in and check-out are at Sunburst Condominiums. 3400 Sunburst Court

The office is open from 8am-5pm Monday through Sunday. But if you arrive after 5pm there is a phone located outside the office that can be used for emergencies and late check-in.

Great Spot
We had a wonderful time staying over the holiday. The location was perfect with quick access to the mountain on the bus. The property was clean and everyone was friendly. I highly recommend it!

Great location
Our family had a wonderful time. Access to the mountain using the bus system was easy and convenient. The unit was much more spacious than most. We would certainly stay again.

Pleasantly Surprised
This property is one of the best priced condos in the area. The location is perfect close to the ski resort and right next to the bus stop. The pics on the website don’t do it justice. The office staff was very helpful, and the condo and facilities were clean and well maintained.

Great place for ski vacation
I am very happy with my stay at this property. The host was very responsive prior to our stay, and the condo was exactly as advertised. The location is hard to beat, very close to the free shuttle stop and it's the beginning of the shuttle route so even on busy days you're guaranteed to get in the bus. The place had good wifi connection and was comfortable and warm even on 0 deg nights. Highly recommend!
