This amazing home is a condo just 200 yards from the base of the gondola, and just a short walk from all kinds of shared amenities and unlimited ski runs!
This particular unit is located on the third floor and is accessible by stairs only. The elevated location enhances your privacy and offers a more peaceful retreat after a day of adventure.
The vaulted ceilings, wood beams, and mountain views add to the Colorado mountain feeling in this condo. Plus, the chef of the group will love the well-equipped kitchen complete with a breakfast bar. You can also enjoy more gatherings in the adjacent dining area. The living area has a gas fireplace with access to the balcony from the living room and primary bedroom and four TVs, DVD players, and free WiFi.

This home features three bedrooms, each with full bathrooms. There is a king-size bed in the main bedroom, plus an attached bathroom. The second bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed and a twin, and an attached bath. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed, an en suite bath, and a TV.

Winter in Steamboat Springs is a magical experience the whole family will love! Be sure to check out all the fantastic winter slopes of Steamboat Ski Resort such as Kuus' Cruise and Three O'Clock for the group experts, Rainbow and Moonlight for the advanced skiers, and Why Not and Spur Run for the beginners. Afterward, grab an après-ski meal at one of the amazing mountaintop restaurants. The kids will love a trip to Howelsen Ice Arena, just three and a half miles north, where you can enjoy a pleasant open-skate on the ice and even goof off in inflated bumper cars.

Here for the summer? You’ll find plenty of hot weather activities all over the place! Take the kids out to explore the majestic outdoor beauty of Steamboat Springs with hikes on Thunderhead Hiking Trail. The paved Yampa River Core Trail winds through town and even passes by the botanic gardens, so you can take the little ones out for a good walk while still being close to home! You’ll also be close to the fantastic greens of Rollingstone Ranch Golf Course, plus lots of other summertime activities like alpine slides, mountain biking, fishing, boating, canoeing, kayaking, and paddleboarding!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
