Walk along the nearby beautiful Yampa Valley River trail. Tastefully decorated for a romantic getaway or a stay with friends. Blackout curtains in guest room are perfect for a restful night. Full kitchen for cooking if you want to stay and cook-in. Outdoor BBQ grill available. 2 hot tubs and 1 outdoor swimming pool are perfect for year-round relaxation.

The condo was well equipped and in such a convenient location! We were able to walk most places and if not catch the local bus. The views were amazing. This is such a steal for the price and we were so comfortable on our stay. Hope to come back soon.

It’s clear Susan and Paul have put good effort into this place. A lot of newly renovated spaces. Gracious hosts with great recommendations in the area! Colorado locals that are very welcoming hosts. The place has good space and storage. Immediate proximity to a bus to get you anywhere. Condo community has good amenities for grills and a pool / hot tub . Can’t wait to stay here again!
