“great spot on the Yampa and footpath. highly recommend for anyone looking for downtown location. it is quiet and peaceful. Steven is very responsive and condo is in great shape, well worth it!”

“Pros- The house is absolutely extraordinary and couldn't be better located as a ski in/ski out steamboat destination. We hopped on with ease, did day and night skiing, and had prime views from our porch and hot tub. Cons- Fireplace made a nasty squeak/hiss that was so severe that we couldn't keep it running without hurting our ears. Ski vacation without a working fireplace detracts from the vibe. The property manager was unable to fix it during our stay. It absolutely needs to be addressed.”

Download the shuttle app and you have quick and free shuttle access to downtown. The condo has a bedroom with a bathroom on each floor so everyone had their own space. ”

“THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! Great space for multiple families, corporate groups, or just lots of fun couples! The property offers a very private feel to every room and has multiple areas to gather. Ample parking for multiple vehicles also lends well for large groups. We'll be back to stay at this massive house soon.”

“The place was almost exactly as pictured. Very picturesque views as well. They removed the second hot tub which was disappointing and the only hot tub remaining had just been cleaned and was not able to get up to temperature to be used during our stay. When we arrived the water didn’t work, but the manager was very helpful in getting that resolved quickly. The elevator was finicky but very useful for older folks. Overall, the place was clean and fit our party of 18 adults and a pup very well.……

“Clean, comfortable, easy check in and check out, we used the cottage as a overnight stay on our Colorado birding tour 2026 - it was ideally located for our visit to Walden reservoir, Coalmont LEK, and the Ranger Lakes SP region. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area.”
