Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

We truly enjoyed our stay. We did not realize that the sand bar was a walk to get to, but we managed just fine. We want to make this an annual trip the same weekend each year. The property states it sleeps 12, but there is an additonal charge if there is more than 8 guests -- I don't really understand this and will research this further for next year. Jessica the host was very nice and helpful.
