Everything was great. Room was nice, and larger than expected.

We were very unhappy with our stay and will not be returning. The first issue was the noise. We had no idea this property had such poor soundproofing. We could hear conversations from other rooms, toilets flushing, and other guests throughout our stay, making it difficult to relax or get a good night's sleep. We were also disappointed that we were never informed; either when booking or at check-in, that the pool would be unavailable on Sunday because it had been rented out for a rave with a DJ. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was to enjoy the pool, so paying for amenities we couldn't use was frustrating. We had planned to take a nap after being out late exploring the night before, but the loud music from the event made that impossible. The most concerning part of our stay was witnessing a physical altercation in the parking lot. We saw a security guard repeatedly strike a man and grab him by the throat. Regardless of what led up to the incident, the level of force we witnessed was alarming and left us feeling very uncomfortable and unsafe. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Between the excessive noise, the lack of communication about unavailable amenities, and the disturbing incident we witnessed, we cannot recommend this property and will not be staying here again
