“Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time, first time for the kids to see the mountains, they really enjoyed the creek down the hill, the house was decorated in Christmas decor and felt cozy. 13 min drive to Helen. Zero issues. Would definitely recommend.”

“quick get- a- way. cabin had all we needed. Some items in the cabin need attention, fan controls, bath room sink , out door flood light. But the biggest problem for us, access to the lake and dock. Not a good path down to the water. needs improvement. ”

“We really enjoyed our time at this property. It was nestled away a alcove of the lake so it was not busy with boats and jet skis. It was relaxing and peaceful. It was a quite area. And there was so much to do on property for everyone. From kayaking ( which they provide), games, fishing, a bonfire etc. The host was grest at communicated and the house was very clean. We hope to stat there again.”

“This lovely cottage was perfect in every way. So much thought was put into the accommodations and the location was ideal. Being close to Anchorage docks made it possible to join our family for a day of boating on the lake. A 20 minute drive found us in charming downtown Clayton with delicious restaurants and great shopping! We will definitely come again!”

“I want to give them a 10 out of 10 but the neighbors were so noisy! The neighbors stayed up partying until around midnight Saturday and Sunday. They were outside with loud music and screaming at each other. The house is the cutest place! The hosts were magnificent- we didn’t have hot water and it was fixed within the hour. I’d recommend it but just be aware if it’s a holiday weekend - the neighbors are very loud. ”
