"AVOID!!! Looks like a good place but by far the worst hotel experience i have ever had. The front desk staff was nice but everything else sucks. I shouldnt have stayed there but it was already paid for. My rooms sheets wasnt even changed when me and my wife were there. Didnt realize till morning after we woke up. We got in super late like 11pm at night. Something was smeared on the the sheets and mattress pad on the side of the bed. I have pictures. After my wife asked the front counter in the morning if we could please get the sheets changed because we didnt know what was on it. We came back after a whole day out visiting my family to the sheets not changed and all they did was wipe it off. So gross. So my wife went back down to the desk and asked for for a fresh sheet set and we ended up putting fresh sheets on our selfs. As for breaksfast in the morning forget it go else where unless you want a jimmy dean sandwich you heat up in the microwave or 3 kinds of cereal to choose from along with boiled eggs. I know its continental and complimentary from them but i have never seen so low of choices to choose from in a hotel. I have stayed at cheaper hotels and got more when it comes to breakfast"

"We stayed in mid-May and had an absolutely amazing experience. If you're looking for a little less congested of a place to stay in Door County Ephraim really seems like the place to be. We stayed in room 220, directly over the Old Post Office Restaurant and it was the first day of the season they were doing their fish boil so we grabbed a spot in that. The private dock was awesome for watching sunsets and it wasn't really warm enough yet that anyone was using the private beach. Everything at the facilities was very clean and well kept yet still had that 'old world' charm to it. We were only there for two nights so we didn't really interact too much with the staff which to us was a great thing, nothing we were wanting for and they left us be. The two ladies we met at the front desk at check-in and check-out were incredibly nice and very helpful with information about the area. Overall this was a fantastic getaway weekend and one we hope to take again in the not to distant future and I wouldn't want to stay anywhere other than here."
