"Loved our stay at Taj Amer ! The Property is almost new and staff exceptional good ! Traveling with my girlfriends from United States , one of my friend got food poisoning after eating street food and , when I reached the front staff , they promptly helped me with electrolytes which helped my friend a great deal ! "We booked in at this hotel since we needed a couple of extra rooms when attending a family wedding. Were not impressed with the check-in desk when we came in at night, and the wifi didn't work. But we were happy the room was warm and spacious, and that we could have a warm shower after a long drive. The towels were not of great quality, but Biotique toiletries were a welcome sign. The hotel fixtures were old and needed some repair (the door lock jammed and the frame cracked when trying to push...

"Room and facilities were excellent and very well maintained. Staff is attentive and very helpful. Hotel is away from the main road and noisy traffic. Access to the hotel, though, is through a local road that is not well maintained... not a problem if you are driving but not very walkable. "
