“provided a room at basement floor
the second light around 2200, electricity out for 1 hour, tried to call the hotel telephone number more than 10 times which they said will forward to mobile after 2000 but no answer, even no reply to my email until today
the most horrible is no emergency light in the room, the electric curtains cannot open because no electricity, this means the only exit is the room door, completely no safety sense and ignore the life of the people.
