“The facilities were adequate overall. However, the hotel advertises breakfast, which consisted of oatmeal in a packet, muffins, and granola bars. I do not consider this a continental breakfast, and the coffee was very disappointing. In addition to this, hotel promoted a swimming pool, yet it was locked during my stay and did not see anyone using it. While the staff was nice and facilities served its purpose, I find it misleading to advertise amenities such as breakfast and a swimming pool when……

“If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. When we got to the hotel, there were some minor cleanliness issues that I chose to ignore because it was a late night when we checked in and we were tired from driving. First there was a hair on a towel, the Kleenex box looked like it was dipped in water, and there was a rusted hole in the bath tub. My husband got stuck in the bathroom because the panel of the door was coming undone. It is my fault I chose to ignore these smaller problems, but I……

“Super filthy sadly. Room smelled moldy. Locks didn’t work. carpets throughout the hotel was so dirty air-conditioned only working half the hallways. It was terrible.”

“Our was clean. The shower had good water pressure and good hot water. Our bed was comfortable and the ac worked good. The front desk staff at check in was nice and so was the lady at check out. Great stay for the money!”

“I came to Nacogdoches for a funeral to be given this. The room was dirty had not been vacuum the carpet was filthy and not handicap accessible, only had a high tub and no shower. I had to find another hotel to stay in at 12:00 o’clock am. I called the hotels in the area and they couldn’t accommodate me. Finally I called the Sparks and they gave me a room. I was Blessed thanks to Hilton for the help. Now I’m going to have to fight comfort Inn not to be charged for not staying there in a dirty not……

“The rooms were clean, but there was dog urine in the elevator that stayed for at least 4 hours, and the pool water was discolored. There was not really a breakfast due to a lack of food, and the lady at the front desk was too interested in her book to make eye contact, pretend to be interested in what we were asking or give more than a 1 word answer to any question. We stayed at Comfort Inn next door during our first trip to Nacogdoches and had a much better experience.”

“Really did not like front desk assistance. I had reserved a non smoking room. When we opened door it smelled like cigarettes. Also, smelled musty. Air was not on when we came in. Old shop pieces from previous client. No trash cans to place trash in. Not sure what kind of breakfast was served. No juice or coffee machine that was working. Old towel was left from previous client. Very disappointed. But, since it was 1:30 am when we got here. We were to tired to find another place. Definitely will……
