The property is in the midst of a major renovation. The pool is closed. No ice, no amenities. No front desk only a virtual assistant. I didn’t feel comfortable there.

The room was unfinished like the wood being ripped off. And the rooms are marked like sex trafficking the rooms have tape on it and purple tape like they are marking you. and on top of that the locks are drilled out. There was litteral piss on the toilet seat and on top of it the pool isnt finished still. Its still under construction.

I absolutely do NOT recommend anyone staying here. This place should definitely not even be open for business. It was extremely dirty. Everything was falling apart. Moldy/mildew water in the toilet. Shower was so dirty. It does not look like it’s been cleaned in MONTHS. Bed and couch was disheveled and soooooo dirty. The pictures online do not look anything like it does in person. Nobody was working the check in. Not just last night, but today as well. It was a virtual kiosk. I walked into the room, and walked RIGHT back out. I went back the next day to take pics to show my Husband and Expedia. Also, there is a lock on the outside door that you could easily put a padlock on it and have the front doors locked from the outside. I never write bad reviews, but this was completely unacceptable for any property, much less a Ramada by Wyndham.

I don't even know where to begin. The property smelled, there were full garbage cans in the hallways and the entire property was in a condition where guests should not be allowed to stay! When we finally found our room, the alarm clock was blaring and we opened the door to be overwhelmed with a musty smell. The room was dirty and the alarm clock was covered in mold and the entire wing of the hotel smelled awful. We immediately turned around and left. The hotel said I had to get a refund with Expedia which I will be attempting this morning. I have stayed in many less than glamourous hotels, but this by far was the worst. The health department should really pay them a visit. I am surprised Expedia partners with that hotel. We ended up finding a last minute room down the road - thank goodness. If given the choice between the hotel and my car, I would have chosen my car!
