"Friendly staff. Nice sized room. Not sure if it's the area or what the reason is, but they keep every door, except the main lobby door, locked and used as an emergency exit only.. so it's extremely difficult to bring your stuff to your room because the only parking near the door is handicap only, ZERO parking up front available."

"We enjoyed our stay at the resort, staff is friendly and helpful, grounds are well maintained. The only complaint I have is the service at the bar/restaurant area where we were seated outside, service could have been better. I believe the service team needs better guidance on taking care of the customers, but this is more of a constructive criticism because our host were nice and it was busy but need leadership to give direction."
