Lil Cay Villa, with a Newly Renovated Kitchen

Escape to this a cozy one bedroom, one bath, newly built villa. This villa is located on the main Queen's Highway and sits just steps away from the beach where you can relax, swim, or snorkel in our beautiful turquoise waters. This villa is furnished with a Queen size bed but our living room also has a pull out Queen size Sofa-bed allowing for two additional persons.

The kitchen, living and dining room provides an open concept feel with a view to the ocean horizon. The newly renovated kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, and electric grill.

The villa is air conditioned along with ceiling fans. Hi Speed WIFI allows you to connect your devices to the internet and enjoy our Smart LCD TV.

Local restaurants that provide native and international cuisines are in walking distance.

Lil Cay Villa is located in the historic settlement of Steventon, where you can learn about the history of Pompey and explore historical monuments and structures.

Wonderful and Cozy Villa in a Great Location!

Exuma is such a beautiful island, and we picked the perfect place to stay. Lil Cay Villa was in a great location. Close to the beach, right off the main roadway in Exuma (so it’s easy to find), close to restaurants, and also in a great region of the island to make traveling to the other ends of the island a great middle location. The owners were so sweet and gave us a quick tour of the facility. There was plenty of clean bedding, blankets, shower towels beach towels, and kitchen utensils. The laundry was very nice and we especially loved the snorkeling equipment and pool noodles that we had access to! Communication through the booking process and throughout our stay was TOP NOTCH! They provided us with recommendations on things to do while we were visiting the island and they were truly prepared to answer and help us with any of our questions. They had a fire stick to watch tv and we also had access to wifi! We definitely recommend Lil Cay Villa for your trip to Exuma!
