“Overall, the living areas are clean. There is a beautiful floral scent throughout the house, and the lighting is adequate even at night. The ambiance of 125 year-old creaking stairs and wood adds to the house’s charm. The staff are very attentive and pleasant, and their breakfasts were delicious. Daily happy hour is appreciated, and offers a chance to meet others staying at the residence. Our room was stuffy when we returned at night after a day exploring, but it did have an oscillating fan……

“Friendly staff, clean room & bathroom, hotel perfect for a stay before cruising. Continental breakfast included in price is self service with a great selection. Hotel is very convenient for cruising & there is a shuttle to the port for 15usd return. Very close to town centre & opposite Willie G's for food & drinks. Regrettably no bar, lounge or restaurant at hotel.”

“If it wasn't for the ocean view I would have asked for a refund. The room was very dirty, toilet, bathroom and floors. Beds and towels were clean. Staff was nice. For 100$ I was very disappointed to have to clean it up! They need better housekeeping!”

“From the first floor you have a street view. But my issue is with the rooms that appear to have water damage to the ceilings, rusty pool furniture, rusty pool fencing, rusty/broken pool bannister. My child cut her foot and I had to beg for a bandaid. Four people were expected to share 3 towels. They said they would hold $50 but held and processed a total of $270 instead of the $140 I booked it for, and of course management is no help and of course they wouldn't give a receipt with check out.……

“It was unsanitary, visable stains on the bed sheets and pillow, hasnt been properly cleaned who knows how long. There are visable damage on the ceilings and walls. Terrible cover up with paint and masking tape to cover up potential water damage and visable water damage on one of the doors”
