“The room was ok. Besides the carpet feeling kind of damp and sticky, everything seemed really clean. The bed made me feel like I was sleeping on rocks, but they were clean and nicely made. The receptionist was sweet but spoke really quietly, so I had to ask her to repeat herself several times. All in all, it was a decent stay. ”

“The sound insulation upstairs and downstairs is super poor, and the response is useless at all. The bed sheets in the room were dirty, the sofa was broken, the carpet was dirty, the toilet was dirty, the pillows were dirty, and the towels were dirty. Not enough parking spaces. Would not recommend at all. very bad.”

“Gentleman at Check-in was very helpful and friendly. Hotel itself is designed strangely with the elevator at the far end of the entrance and not centrally located. ”

“I booked a king room. Upon arrival I was given a handicap room with 2 queen beds. This was not what I booked but the lady at the desk told me I did. It was late so I did not argue. After getting into my room, it was lacking an item and I called the front desk for it. The lady told me she would look for it and call me back. I never heard from her nor did I receive the missing item. Very poor service. Breakfast was so-so. Otherwise it was a nice, clean hotel.”

“Quite new hotel, very clean and full equipped. Good a lay over or catching early flight...staffs are new so it took a bit longer time for checking in and also the breakfast is a bit light. In general, it is good.”
