"Pros: * Excellent location with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. * The hotel was very quiet, making it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. * The room and common areas were exceptionally clean. * Check-in and check-out were both quick, smooth, and hassle-free. Cons: * The elevator was very slow and occasionally stopped working. * My room key card stopped working once and had to be reactivated. * Guests from a neighboring hotel were using our hotel’s pool, which made it more crowded and took away from the experience for paying guests."

"Staff at front desk were helpful and friendly. Most of the cleaning staff were not friendly at all. They took over the elevator and didn’t allow us to use it. They were on their phones or busy eating food. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. It was great to see that they had non pork items to choose from. Coffee maker was broken but staff did work hard to get it fixed for use. Rooms were very clean. Not enough towels for the amount of guest in the room but they were willing to give us more. We had to go down to get the towels ourselves (not by choice). Overall we enjoyed our stay."
