Property was undergoing renovation and that didn’t bother me and the work that was done so far looked very nice .. my room was comfortable and aesthetically pleasing.. the things I was unhappy with was the breakfast items were poorly stocked and it was still the earlier part of the allotted serving time .. I understand that with the renovations they were probably limited but it shouldn’t have been for Coffee Yogurt and Waffle mix for the self serving waffle maker and upon asking if they could bring out some more I was told oh we’re out .. also the associates working registration weren’t very friendly.. no greeting or even acknowledgement every time I walked in or out of Hotel .. the location was great .. lots of Restaurants and a Walmart in immediate area and very close to the OSU Campus where I was attending my Sons Graduation.. all in all a comfortable and convenient stay but they could work some on the Personnel

Our tv had no volume, there were no ice buckets or cups. Check in staff was very friendly, night staff wasn’t helpful at all with trying resolve our tv issues. Management might like to know we killed a hugh black carpenter ant in the bathroom the next morning it was probably a queen ant. Might want to check for that.

Front desk service was great! The hotel Is undergoing renovations. The amount of dirt, drywall dust and other construction debris was absolutely terrible. Our door would not shut unless pushed shut with force. There was also no hot water. None. No hot water from the sink or shower.

Motel was under construction, which they let us know beforehand. It was a quiet stay. Staff was friendly. No hair dryer or iron in room. Didn’t ask for either. Breakfast option was limited to a microwaveable sausage sandwich. We came for an event at OSU, and got this room cheaper than other motels in town.

The property is undergoing renovation. They had a poor excuse for a breakfast. Should not advertise that they provide free breakfast when there is none during the week & the weekend provisions were minimal. There were no instructions as to operation of the coffee maker in the room. The property was relatively clean, staff were amicable & location is good. I paid far too much for the quality of the product.

Ceiling caved in as a freezing flood poured down.

The hotel was under construction. When we pulled up it was dark and appeared closed. But...check in went okay. As soon as we settled in our room the fire alarm went off--the sprinkler system had broken. Water was pouring into the entrance and lobby--with freezing temps--the entrance was a sheet of ice the next morning. Firemen came and dealt with the chaos so we went back to our room. However, we soon discovered there were no ice machines, no water in the vending machine, no bottles of water at reception and the tap water was very cloudy. Also, no breakfast because of construction. It was a disaster. Thankfully my son had a sense of humor throughout the night and the room itself was decently clean and beds were comfortable.

The room itself was filthy. Building was under construction, one floor open. We were not told of this when booking. The top lock for our door was completely broken off. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND
