“Very old yacht. Vertical ladders to get onboard and steep stairs throughout. Had electrical/fuse issues so light switches didn’t work, had lamps to use. Very tight spaces - yes, even for a boat/yacht. Had trouble checking in because host had lost phone, was replaced by checkout time. Did have musty odor due to older vessel. Was a nice stay after the hiccups of checking in.”

“The condo is nice but there were issues so that made it disappointing. The grill had mold inside and outside - so we couldn't use it. We had chipped dishes, a pan that was flaking so couldn't be used and was missing a dishcloth from the kitchen. The lid to the regular coffee was usable but broken. The handle to bottom drawer of stove was loose. The light under the microwave didn't work. All of the bikes needed air in the tires except for 1 bike. The pool and pool deck are nice but not……

“Prior to booking I did read reviews and they were mixed. I figured the AC issue I read a lot about would have been resolved by now. The AC works in the living room area the best. There are 3 commercial blowers plugged in to help move the air. The bunk room stayed pretty warm. You will need to leave the master bedroom door open for optimal cooling. It's an older boat, it was clean for the most part except the helm had a fair amount of little curled poo from an animal??? Or it was a bunch of dried……

“Boat was inoperable so the required charters (paid outside of VRBO, but listed as a requirement to rent) didn’t happen. Host booked us on a 3.5 hour public snorkel trip (vs 4 hr private charter booked) at a price of less than half of what we paid and did not book us on a 2 hour sunset cruise at all.Property did not match listing: the boat was docked at a different marina so lacked many of the listed resort amenities, one of 3 bathrooms was locked - the other 2 bathrooms shared a shower even……
