Absolutely Beautiful!
This place was absolutely beautiful and exactly as described. As a matter of fact it was even more beautiful in person! Very spacious! I just loved everything about the place. The set up is perfect for large families who would like time spend time together, ie, family reunions. Everything thing I needed was there!!

House perfect for large groups
The kitchen accomodates large groups. The game room and pool served for great entertainment. Would definitely return.

Beautiful family celebration
We celebrated our daughter’s graduation from college with immediate family and a few friends and had a wonderful time. The listing is 100% accurate and an excellent entertainment space with multiple places to gather and enjoy. The only problem we had was the wiif was spotty so that made live streaming movies, tv, etc really tough. Also, the upstairs dishwasher caused an issue with leaking water in the basement. The property manager came right away to fix the problem. Very friendly and nice owner. Will definitely return.

Great Spring Break!
The home was amazing! There was 13 of us and it was more than enough room for everyone to be comfortable. It was too cold for us to get in the pool but we were able to enjoy a pinic in the yard and game nights with everyone at the table. We loved the privacy the country setting gave and being able to cook and eat meals as a family. The distance to the stores was very reasonable and the drive into Atlanta was about 30 minutes which is not bad at all. My family and I would definitely choose to stay in this home again!

Family Reunion
We had family meet from Miami, Miramar, Virginia and Detroit: We had a wonderful Christmas together. We encountered a few challenges, with it being one of the coldest winters in years, but the host was very attentive and accommodating. For a party of 20, the home was a perfect size!!

2nd Annual Valentine’s Day Couples Retreat
This property is excellent!!!!!! Quiet area where you can enjoy outside and inside without worrying about making too much noise. Not to far from downtown Atlanta! 5 couples and plenty of room only space shared were the common areas. We definitely made great memories on this property!!! More than enough cooking utensils and hot water. Property manager was quick to answer her phone for any issue which was one and it was resolved quickly! Easy check in! Already planning to bring our children and grandchildren for a family trip in August! Don’t pass this up!

I only wish we had more time to enjoy the property.
The house was perfect for our needs, we enjoyed our stay but had limited time there because we were in town for the Passion conference at the Benz. Highly recommend for a large group!

This Home is Amazing
If you want privacy and a lot of space this location is perfect! It was perfect for our Bachelorette weekend and it surpassed our expectations. There was more than enough linen, pots and pans. Everything was perfect, we made great memories. Thank you for hosting us, we will return!

Privacy, Pool, Potential!
Plenty of space for our group of 15. Down a long lane so you could detach from the real world! Kids and adults all enjoyed the pool. Easy to communicate with the property manager through text. Property has so much potential, just needs a little love. Landscaping had not been tended to for a while it and was well overgrown. Not enough serving sets (plates, silverware) for a large group that house allows. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Took a few day trips to enjoy downtown Atlanta and Stone Mountain, each under an hour barring crazy traffic.

BIRTHDAY IN ATLANTA
MY STAY WAS BY FAR THE BEST FROM PULLING UP TO THE FRONT ENTRANCE! WALKING IN THE HIGH CEILINGS THE BEDROOMS THE BASEMENT BOTH KITCHENS THE JACUZZI.... THE POOL THE SUN ROOM WE LOVED THE ENTIRE HOME! EVEN THOUGH IT WAS COLD WE STILL HAVE GREAT PICTURES BY THE POOL! THE ONLY THING I THINK THEY NEED TO ADD TO THE KITCHEN IS MORE POTS AND PANS.... OTHER THAN THAT THE PICTURES DO NO JUSTICE A MUST STAY AND WE WILL RETURN!!

Bittersweet
Great place looks just like the pictures amazing. The only downside was the driveway, which is mentioned in the description. A piece of branch got stuck underneath my car which we got out with no damage to my car. It had a little bit of a cat smell upstairs hallway area, and my family said it smelled like smoke when they entered the home. Overall the place is beautiful. Easy check in. Friends family and I did enjoy our stay until the last day which was my birthday night. We went to utilize the downstairs kitchen pool area which we haven't used the entire stay because of the rain I opened up the oven door checking it out I close the oven door the top part of the oven falls onto my foot ruining the rest of my birthday trip, my night, everything my whole vacation was ruined because someone else's negligence whoever put that oven together did not do their job properly. The owner's brother which was my contact very nice guy did reach out to me was extremely apologetic, caring and did say he would cover the medical bills and so forth but then insulted me with another solution. The 3rd property rental Evolve, claims department has not reached out too me yet, so we'll see what happens. Bittersweet!
