++ Great location! Amazing breakfast! Comfy bed and pillows! Clean and spacious rooms. - - what’s with the heavy doors? Guests keep slamming them 24/7. No fans, air con or heater in rooms, I tried to adjust the element heater but it didn’t work.

Convenient.

My first impression when I see the hotel was, is it a building site, but I guess there is some renovation going on. Reception was friendly, the room clean, but very small, as was the bathroom and I was told I had a slight upgrade for free! Breakfast was really nice, down in the basement. The hotel was in a convenient and quiet location a short walk from Central Station.

Very surprised how quaint, clean, & comfortable the attic Top Floor room was. Nice service at the front desk for two days. Best breakfast in the morning. With extended hours from 7 till 10 AM. Which is nice. Located central. Good price! Would stay here again! Quiet rooms.

The absolutely worst hotel room I have had for the last 30+ years. Located in the basement, no windows, tiny and far too warm (with no way to regulate temperature, except for a fan). Stay away!

Det var inte så hemtrevligt på rummet (billigaste alternativet med dubbelsäng och fönster). Vita väggar mörkt golv. Endast en klädhängare, tv och en spegel fanns på väggarna. En tavla eller reklam eller vad som helst skulle göra att det känns lite trevligare:). Flera av väggarna i rummet (312) var nedfläckade eller nedskvätta av något intorkat. Det skulle nog behövas ses över. Toaletten vickade till varje gång man satte sig på den så att man man nästan trodde man skulle ramla av men den funkade som den skulle annars. Duschen användes aldrig. Sängarna var lite hårda men man sov helt ok i dom. Frukosten var bra men själva matsalen var väldigt liten så det blev väldigt högljutt väldigt fort. Men det funkar absolut om man inte tycker det är jobbigt! Finns en brödrost avsedd för endast glutenfritt bröd men jag såg tyvärr flera personer rosta icke glutenfritt bröd i den. Generellt sett, mysigt hotel (om man räknar bort rummet) som ligger väldigt bra till och som har god frukost men saknar hemkänsla. Trevlig personal. Utöver det kan jag ej säga så mycket då vi i princip endast sov och åt frukost på hotellet. Kommer nog tyvärr inte välja detta hotell i första hand igen. Om jag dock skulle sluta upp här trots allt kommer jag se till att undvika just denna rumskategori.
