“Clean and well-supplied. Allowed us to tour UC Davis and explore the lovely town of Davis on foot. We appreciated each having our own comfy bedroom, two bathrooms & a comfy living room where we could relax. It was also nice to park or car in a garage, as we mostly walked during our stay. There were some little annoyances ( no hot water in kitchen, a towel rack that fell off the wall) but overall a clean, well-maintained,quiet, lovely place to come back to after a day of exploring.”

The inside of the penthouse suite is very open and we had all the amenities the listing said it did. My guests and I had everything we needed at the property. “Could use a deep cleaning. Had to buy silverware hot pads, aluminum pan, so all 4 of us could have enough utensils to eat, and bake. Microwave door frame cracked. Only 3 chairs for dining room table. Host slow to respond to messages.”
