Enjoy summer nights out with a fire pit and BBQ dinner going on! Fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms (primary) downstairs w/ensuite. A guest full bathroom. Upstairs 2 bedrooms, plus a bonus qn bed space, full bath & loft area. Over 2100 sq ft of living space for multi families. Ample parking on the property and off street. Offers 8 beds, sleeps up to 14. Newly updated & redecorated. Only blocks away from all eateries & shopping, less than a mile from the downtown fun and hometown festival events. Great group house for holidays, weekends, wedding guests, reunions, short term job transfer stays, friends & family gatherings! Centrally located near lots of wonderful restaurants, fantastic wineries and breweries. Come enjoy your stay at our lovely modern-farmhouse and get a taste of the Lodi fun and experience!

Lodi property is a total GEM!
We recently stayed at this Lodi property for a girls getaway weekend and it was AWESOME!! The house was charming, comfortable, and had all the amenities we could ask for! We had a slight challenge with the lockbox but Nancy (and the housekeeper) couldn't have been more gracious and responsive and we were inside in moments!
Thanks Rich and Nancy and we'd love to stay again!

Girls’ Weekend
We are a group of lifelong friends (and Lodi High Class of 84 & 85), getting together for a weekend reunion. The home is perfect for our group — real beds for everyone (no sofa beds!), nice country-chic décor, comfortable seating in the living room, and the kitchen has lovely new appliances and everything you need to prepare meals or just have a nice cup of coffee.
