「Did not like food choice at restaurant.」

「The rooms were spacious, the beds comfortable. There was one small bathroom with a toilet and a shower. There were 2 sinks in the kitchen area which had a microwave, coffee pot and small refrigerator. This arrangement fitted our needs satisfactorily. We a group of 4 senior gals traveling and having fun. The location was perfect on Front Street right across the street from the ferry and the ticket office. I highly recommend this proper for a convenient and comfortable hotel stay.」

「Gorgeous spaces! Check in was different with no in-person contact, but communication was good and room was easy to access. Elevator was very slow, so we took stairs to the second floor room (all rooms are on the second floor). Beautiful room and bathroom with high-end fixtures. Personal welcome note on the table was a nice touch. Record player and records available was unreal but fun! Breakfast was different from most hotels, but very enjoyable. Bed was SUPER comfortable!」

「I rented the room based on very nice pictures on the internet but the unit we received was a very small room in the basement with bugs, dingy stairwell, no kitchen, faulty TV remote, no hairdryer or Kleenex, no AC thermostate, no comfortable furniture or place to put luggage or clothes. Other units in the house were obviously bigger and consistent with website but not unit 5.」

「Room was clean met no staff」

「The positives: the room was very clean and the A/C worked well. The challenges: the room is not set up with guest comfort in mind. The bathroom is an empty box with nowhere to set anything down. The sink is situated outside of the bathroom and across from the bed. Awkward setup that easily could have been remedied during updates. The bath towels were tiny and thin, as were the pillows. Luckily we brought our own. There is a sunrise facing picture window facing the lake, which is a nice...
