Friendly and helpful staff at check in and in the bar. Lovely big family room with 2 comfortable beds and the best pillows I have ever had in a hotel.

Radisson BLU Hotel Durham
The carpet wasn't that clean and the shower gel was empty. I also couldn't get the heating/Aircon to work. However, the staff were helpful and the breakfast was good. The location and spa were great too.

Hotel Bannatyne Durham
Very noisy, not a great ideas to put me on a. Corridor which had a hen party. Woken up constantly. People unreasonably loud in corridor. Check in was unfriendly but check out lady was lovely. Would definitely not stay again

Starting look a bit tired but good for the area, went to iron a shirt for work & board was well in need of a new cover, it’s the small touches that make the difference, single glazed windows do road noise was apartment
