"Our second time staying here on our way back from Florida! Great staff, rooms, and breakfast! What more can I say!! "

"We pre-checked, which was great, and the staff that helped us get our keys was so great! Our room was spacious, quiet, clean, and comfortable. The pool was a little cool, but still refreshing. The shower was hot and the shower head was high enough up for our tall family. The breakfast was pretty average for a hotel, with eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, yougurt, juice, milk, and coffee. Checking out was a cinch too. Overall 9.8/10 would definitely stop again!"

"The hot tub was not hot enough but that was not on my list, it was suggested here. My complaint was, for seniors, there should be handrail installed to hold on to for stepping up and into the hot tub and getting out, it's very precarious as it is now. My second suggestion was people are not showering off, particularly kids when they get into the hot tub/pool and there were a huge amount of foam suds from people bodies. Something to remind people they should wash before entering? Maybe the answer could also be twioce a day cleaning of the hot tub?"

"Bedding needs to be updated. Pillows smelled and carpet could be cleaned. Bathroom was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. "

"It needs some updates and remodeling. The bathroom was clean, but the shower had very little pressure. The "breakfast" was not really breakfast. However the staff was polite and helpful in giving me a first floor room. The bed was comfortable. It was adequate for my business trip. "

"Booked reservation online with Expedia and when I get to the candle wood suites they turn me away saying they don't have any rooms available. Very inconvenient "
