“The property was great! It is colorful and fun. It had so many special touches. I had brought my own laundry detergent, dish detergent, shampoo, conditioner and even trash bags because those things aren't always available. This property had it all! We really felt at home there. The communication with the host was excellent and I felt like they went out of their way to make things easy and enjoyable. The property is very close to Silver Dollar City which made a mid day park break easy. The two……

“It was a perfect week close to everything and all the attractions. Only thing we missed was possibly a grill so we could have stayed in and grilled one day. But it was a great place to call home for a few days”

“The pond was not in plain sight like the picture showed, trails were steep and rocky, WAY TO MANY stairs. Advertisement stated a few stairs. We had 3 flights of stairs. The place was very clean and beds were very comfortable.”

“Host was not polite when we needed to call about an issue.”

“The room was very clean and so was the property. everyone was very polite and helpful.”

“So let me start off with, we went into this hoping for the best because it only had two ratings at 5 stars. It wasn’t a terrible price for the amount of space and what we were looking for. We then proceeded to walk into a rental that had not been touched since the people before us stayed in it. In about 5-10 minutes……

“Super clean. AC took awhile to cool the little place. I notified the travel@evolve.com person that said to use that email to communicate. We left at 12:15 pm Thursday. A severe storm was coming from OK with baseball size hail & tornado warnings. Having a brand new boat & new truck, we opted to leave before the storm hit. I left door unlocked, as instructed. I told that person we were leaving, in case the property manager needed to lock up. ”

“We appreciate the walk-in and no stairs was a plus. Would appreciate a walk-in shower. FYI there are safety bars for each shower. But they are not located in a useable way. They need to be installed on the other end of the shower. This is a safety issue. Also the tub is very slippery. A safety bar in the shower would also be helpful.I know this sounds petty but I don’t want to fall. The deck is lovely in the morning. The morning sun is welcome. But the entire apartment needs a redo: paint, new……
