“Great place to stay for a few days to explore Branson. The pool was under renovation and even though the room was amazing.. it was missing a full mirror.. ladies need this.. Also the tub had a hose that leaked.. otherwise great area quiet and safe..”

“We had a simple maintenance issue with a toilet from the moment we walked in. For 3 days I called and requested a repair. Simply replacing the components inside the tank especially the flapper would have easily fixed the problem. If you can’t figure it out in 3 attempts just replace the entire toilet and remedy the problem. But NO, I had to be the official toilet flusher. For our entire stay the lid stayed off the toilet, I had to add additional water to the tank for each flush and manually……

“Our room was brand new, very clean and spacious. The air was a little strange, it was cool but the humidity in the room was high. I loved the property, but they took a security deposit and I was told it would be releases as soon as I checked out. It was not , it was released 5 days later. When I called and asked they blamed it on my bank. I called the bank they said they would release it as soon as it showed on their end. Other than that great place to stay!”

“The amenities were nice, many pools throughout the resort. Just wish they had easier access to and from the golf side of the resort to the office. Unable to walk there and teenagers can't just walk to playon the pool table. But they rooms and views were very nice”

“This is a beautiful resort. The houses you stay in are so cute. But they are not as clean as they should be. Our unit smelled so strongly of mold and mildew it was awful. The furniture was dirty and had a panel falling off of a chair that had been stapled way to many times. My husband actually stepped on the staples that were sticking out of the piece of the chair that had fallen in the floor. The unit could easily have been wonderful if they actually cleaned them. Not just changed bedding and……
