「This is my second time staying here! The property is always clean and well taken care of! The staff is always helpful and super friendly! Best hotel in Branson in my opinion!! My family loves staying there! Ten Stars plus!!」

「Nice hotel. Very clean. They had trouble keeping enough food out for breakfast. The bathroom didn’t have enough towel racks. They put out two coffee pods, one caffeinated and one decaf in the room. However, they gave me more caffeinated when I went to the lobby and asked. All in all, it was a good experience and I would stay there again.」

「We enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. It was quiet. There was a nice selection for breakfast. The options changed daily. The hotel was located near many places we wanted to visit while in Branson.」

「I would stay here again. It isn’t fancy and shiny new, but it was clean, had a spa tub in the room that I wasn’t expecting. Beds were good but pillows were flat. Staff was fine giving us a couple of extra ones. The clerk that was there was filling in and did a super job! Pool was great!」

「We checked in on the first day to find out the hotel was half under construction. We were never given this information in advance nor was it advertised in any way on the website or reservation. The workout room was closed which was extremely disappointing and again, we were never told in advance or would have chosen a different hotel. The one elevator that was working was sketchy, at best. None of the machines were working on our floor, there was hair in the shower and when I tried to wash it...

「The property was well maintained and the staff friendly. Our room was clean and smelled clean. It was a wonderful, quiet place to rest and relax. They serve cookies ,apple & cherry cobbler in the evening as well as ice cream. The breakfast had a good variety of items. I'm not sure if they were short staffed the day we stayed but, at breakfast they didn't seem to have someone near by to replace the breakfast items they ran out of. I heard several people commenting that they were out of certain...
