“The two front desk ladies I spoke with, Tanya and Amanda, seemed to know nothing. Perhaps some additional training for those two as the only answers or resolutions offered were to wait and talk to their manager the next morning. Also, the hotel was overbooked - we paid for a king plus sofa bed and they put us in a hearing impaired room that was incredibly dirty - there was sticky residue on the nightstand, it looked as though the room was thrown together last minute with the oldest furniture in……

Even though the pool was temporarily closed for maintenance, it didn’t affect our experience at all.There was so much to do in Branson that we never felt like we missed out. “Suite was great other than the floors are hard tile and every noise you make can be heard by neighbors. Wouldn’t bring our children if we stayed here again. Gina was nice and helpful. Bring a fan in the hotter months. Pool was nice and clean.”
