“This hotel was fantastic from top to bottom, back to front. The staff were extremely friendly and the rooms were very clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable too. The free breakfast was wonderful! We also enjoyed the close proximity to our activities we had planned on our trip. This was our first stay at the Lodge but I can definitely say it won’t be our last!”

“It was comfortable and had a very nice breakfast buffet. The only problem we had was at the pool in the evening. There was a large group of you kids unattended. They were jumping, wrestling and yelling and Screaming,plus throwing their pool toys everywhere. They took over half the pool.”

“The Retro was a nice place to stay. The only thing I would change would be to have another trash can under the table and put down something in the bottom of the tub. The bottom of the tub was very slick when trying to shower. It would have been nice to have some fruit and protein for breakfast. We had to go buy breakfast to get anything healthy. Overall was very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful.”

“The room was very clean. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was great. Just as advertised although there were no Donuts but they did have muffins. The pool is a little small, but adequate to cool off in and have a good time.”

“The Front desk and security team were amazing!! Everyone was helpful and friendly. Laundry in our villa was a major game changer!! The one bedroom villa we stayed in for a week was spacious. My toddler had no problems with being cooped up on rainy days. Plenty of room to run. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook with. No need to bring anything. They even had a blender. The property is clean and well maintained with plenty of activities by the pool to keep you busy.”

“We always stay here and the rooms are always clean NO bugs that’s what we always check for the parking is a little up hill don’t really like that if we’re on the lower floors you can hear people walking and kids running needs a few updates beds are comfortable but I would rather have vinyl flooring this is all carpet that needs replaced in the near future, we will be back”

“I absolutely loved this hotel. It was very clean. Most hotels at this age/price tend to have some mold around the outside corners of the shower by the bathroom door. None of that here. Everything felt very clean in the room as well as the breakfast area. The sweet woman who worked in the breakfast area was so very kind and helpful! She went above and beyond-made waffles for us and threw our trash away (even though we would have certainly done it!) The breakfast was delicious! (Waffles, eggs,……

“Had very experience staying at Element -Branson. Very impressed with the way the staffs welcomed us and check in process. They were so kind and helpful. Room was so clean and very comfortable. Had pleasant stay . Breakfast was super good with lots of of options along with live counter. Would definitely recommend this place .”

“Really enjoyed our time here. Was here with family for two nights. Pretty much was just there to sleep. Beds were great, staff was great, didn’t get to use the pool so can’t speak for that. Breakfast was the same you’d see everywhere and tasted good. Our only reason for not giving a 5 was the water wasn’t hot in the shower. It wasn’t cold, but just a little better than like warm. Other than that, was a great stay and we would absolutely visit again.”
