We rented two rooms, the first onw smelled like chlorine and had ashes all in the widow sill, the ac unit housing was broken and not clean. The second room was fairly musty, ac unit did not work the greatest. Walking in the hall, the flooring had seperated in several areas posing a high trip hazard. Could definitely tell people were smoking inside the building. The man at the desk was very condescending towards me when I was checking in. The breakfast was hot, although the quality wasnt great. We did not use the pool facilities. Overall it was a cheap hotel and you get what you pay for. The pics on the website are not what you can expecr.

Ada rooms were not up to standsrds the blinds handle was almost too high to reach standing let alone in a wheelchair. Also the mold smell in room was fortelling. It was in the soaking wet carpet outside the bathroom, the grout, and even the exterior window seal. The room phone was unreachable from wheelchair due to tight layout. Please address these issues for the disabled be they civilians or not.

Roaches! As soon as we walked into our room there was a roach floating in the toilet. We talked to front desk and they said it was probably a tree fly. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, stayed in that room. 5 am next morning, killed another roach. My brother also killed one in his room the first night. Needless to say, will never stay there again. I guess you get what you pay for.

The first thing I noticed inside was how clean it looked in the lobby. The castle theme is neat. The breakfast is awesome! Definitely worth staying & was at a good price. Was just 15 minutes or so from Silver Dollar City. Can’t complain!

Overall the room was clean the bed was very comfortable. I would have liked the bathroom to have been bigger. We usually stay at this hotel each time we come to Branson for Sight and Sound Theater.

We knew we wanted to stay at Stone Castle because we stayed here before. It's a perfect location, and the breakfast is Hot!! Not a donut and send you on your way. Biscuits, gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage, hot grits or oatmeal.

The breakfast that was included was not good. No fresh fruit, cold potatoes, not normal breakfast meat. For those of us with gluten allergies not a lot to choose from. Yes there were eggs but nothing to put on them, would like meat choices and like I said some fresh fruit.

I went in to an existing booking on Expedia for Sept 10 to add a room, their system booked it for that same day Aug 25, then Expedia refused to credit my account for the amount lost due to "their policy" of not being able to cancel/refund a same day booking. Will never use Expedia again.

Compared to my last stay, the room was mediocre. Stains on the floor, very outdated in the room, and dust on the sink. The room said 2 queens but the beds look more like double beds.

The outside doesnt match the indside, warn out uncomfortable mattresses i removed the cover to find stains, the breakfast was average, the hallway has spots coming up tripped over. Thr pool is out dated that described the property in one word well. Out dated
