Where do I even start? Upon booking the stay, one of our parties was limited mobility so we requested a first floor room to help accommodate them easier. My wife called prior to check in to confirm first floor availability and was assured that our needs would be taken care of. When we arrived, both rooms booked were on the third floor. We called and spoke to a manager and eventually were given a room in a unit with an elevator that could be taken. While trying to move to the new room, the limited mobility person in our group fell down the stairs trying to leave the third floor room. We get to the new room and one of the outside doors was barely hanging on (looked like it had previously been kicked in) but after everything we had already been through and the short stay, we decided to stay in that room with no complaints. After the two day stay, the hotel then states that the door was damaged by us and charged us for the repair, even though we explained that the door was already found that way and we did not want to move rooms a third time. The rooms were not properly cleaned (empty cans and small pieces of trash under the bed). Just overall not a great experience this time. We lived our previous stay at this location and had recommended this property to everyone but after this trip, we will be staying somewhere else
