「Clean but bed hard and pillows lumpy」

「Great, friendly staff! Cute shops nearby. Lots of restaurants choices. Air conditioning worked a bit too well for me but there was an extra blanket! Overall a wonderful stay!」

「The pool had to much chlorine in it and the smell was burning my eyes by just standing in the pool areas. the bottom of the pool was kind of rough as well. We opened up the doors to air it out and it helped. We had a soaker tub in one of the bathrooms and we couldn’t use it. The plug was missing but I didn’t ask or say anything bc the jets were dirty inside that I wouldn’t have let my kids use it anyways. It would have been nice to enjoy it though. 「Adequate. The ac unit was not plugged in and the door to the room was propped open when I went to it. Nothing was out of place Plugged in the unit and it was hot but not intolerable over night. Heavy chemical smell 」

「Our stay was good! The breakfast buffet was fully stocked and clean. The food was good. This is a well kept hotel. Only complaint was our complimentary shampoos and body wash were half full and we needed to ask for more. We did not need room cleaning during our stay, so found her in the hall and she fulfilled our request. Very pleasant stay and kind personnel.」
