「Staff, room and amenities were fantastic. 」

「Check in was ok but a little different because they asked for both driver’s license to check in. The room was clean overall but had to go to Lobby for Ice machine since it was broken on 3 rd floor. Breakfasts had good selections. 」

「Breakfast was typical waffles, eggs and ham. With muffins and yogurts that were prepackaged. I did look for someone to help with tickets like they advertise everywhere in there but the gift shop said closed for the day and no one ever came to the front desk. 」

「Breakfast & staff were great. Didn’t get new towels the second day. Hot water was in short supply. Otherwise rooms & hotel was clean. 」

「We were there on a vacation. Stayed 6 nights. The staff helpful and friendly. Room was clean. The breakfast was very good and a variety. Nice to see staff cleaning the elevator buttons, rail & washing the big garbage cans, cleaning the tables in the dining area. Host would greet you when goin the dining area. Close to a lot of shows and activities. Been there before and will stay again the next time we come to Branson. 」

「I returned for a second time after a great time the first time I was there. Staff is very kind and helpful. There are ice machine was broken on the first floor, and I couldn’t climb the stairs to get iced on the second floor since I’m disabled. The staff was very kind when I asked them to go and get me ice three days in a row. I felt bad, but it was a safety issue for me. But they were very kind and did it for me and I’m very grateful. I would suggest getting a nice machine for every floor so...

「When I booked the room it said the property had a working hot tub and sauna ! That was not the case at al. Plus there use machine was broke. 」

「Over all the it is a good experience so far. This hotel got a upgrade last year and is a lot better now. The staff was friendly had a makes up when checked in.one of the rooms was not clean when it said it was but them moved us to a room on the bottom floor that was ready to go. Over all I would say it is 100% I would stay here again 」

「We got the upgraded room with a jacuzzi. The room was okay, large gap between the floor and bottom of door. We went down for breakfast, only 3 or 4 options, crowded area. Went back to our room, our key wouldnt work. Went to the front desk, they reactivated the key and it still wouldnt work. The office worker went to use her key, and the key broke inside the door. We had to wait an hour and a half before the maintence guy showed up to break into our room. It was 20 degrees outside. The office...

「Unique rooms, each one styled differently. Easy check in via email-they send door code. Didn't have daily housekeeping but fine not having someone in the room when we aren't there.」
