Staff and amenities. Good variety of breakfast. Hall of Heroes very special honoring veterans from all areas of service and wars. Downfall: Our room was carpeted and I have sinus issues. Was not aware of hotels still having carpet post Covid. As a nurse I prefer no carpet or drapes bc rooms cannot be sanitized. More potential chance of respiratory infections. Hotel is being renovated. Perhaps our room was on the older part of hotel.

Staff was excellent. Room was ok! No toilet paper in room, no wash cloths in room, and someone forgot to flush the toilet after cleaning the room I guess. When we got in our room toilet seat was up and there was urine in the toilet. Location of hotel was great. Close to everything but far enough away to relax. Will probably choose a different hotel next time but it was good for the price!

The rooms were average. A bit worn and outdated but I’ve stayed in outdated hotels before that were nice so that’s not the problem. I think my peeve was that it didn’t seem super clean. There was someone else’s hair in the shower, the fan in the bathroom visibly had dust bunny build up. We were there for 3 nights and on day two we asked for a refresh of our room with more towels and linens. We have little kids so there were crumbs and things on the floor and the sheets really needed changing… the floor was still covered in crumbs, the beds were made but with the dirty sheets and crumbs in them..but we did get fresh towels so that’s a win. We only did breakfast the first day bc the line was so long for the buffet, the workers weren’t very friendly but also there was a gazillion people so I don’t really blame them, and the food was not worth the wait. The eggs were watery scrambled eggs and bland. The gravy was bland. There were also tater tots and sausage links. It wasn’t a bad stay and if there weren’t so many options in Branson, I’d stay again. Oh P.S. when you checkout or even if you checkout through text message but bring by the “keycards in order to avoid additional charges”, be prepared to be met with a deal you can’t pass up that will definitely defeat the purpose of conveniently checking out through your phone…it gets super salesy super quick. Have fun!

My experience with this hotel is not so great. 1. They didn't honor the free ticket for 2 people for the stay as advertised by Expedia. They said only one ticket is free. 2. The bed was really bad. It was old, too shaggy and felt like hammock. We started having back pain from the first night. When I requested for a change, the front desk said they can't help with it. It was very difficult to sleep in that bed. 3. Front desk was always busy. Concierge desk has no-one most of the time. When I called Front Desk from my room, someone picked the phone, left the receiver hanging and no answer. I can tolerate the service mediocrity but the bed makes it impossible. I wouldn't recommend this place.

The room was okay but the television was not working right, we were busy most of the time but tried to watch one night and it didn't work. Let staff know but nothing was done. That was the only time we saw any of the staff.
