Hotel rooms had hair in bathroom. The heat air system was broken but did get replaced that night. Hotel is in need of an update. Bathroom was very poorly lit. Would not go back or recommend.

The pool is definitely not heated, the shower has two temps (scolding hot or ice cold) website showed bacon and nice food as the breakfast but that was not the case. Hallways smelt pretty dirty as well. For as big and old it is, they’re maintaining it as well as they can I think. But if someone could invest more into it, that would make a huge difference. Heated pool was THE selling point to why we came here. Really sad that was a lie. The fridge was not very cold as well

The breakfast buffet was very nice and filling each morning. The selections were good. Our room was clean and we only had to ask for a couple towels on our last night. The staff are all very nice and helpful if you need information about things to do in town. Overall we had a great stay. The only negative thing was the handicap accessible room was a very long walk from the lobby. I will definitely need something closer to the lobby or elevator if the first floor is not available. Will definitely return.

My daughter and I and one of her friends took a girls trip and stayed at this hotel. Teenagers can be quite picky, but they truly enjoyed our stay. The bathrooms were small but accommodating. Could have more lighting for getting ready and more outlets available.. but staff made me feel safe and it was a nice breakfast in the morning. We also enjoyed the clean pool. (could use a coat of paint on the outside) but I would recommend this place for sure! 5/5

Everything was amazing best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel. Very friendly staff they helped really well with our aquarium tickets. The barista at the coffee shop was really nice and the breakfast staff was great as well. The location of the property was amazing. It was right in front of the aquarium and the water show. Very close to everything. They made our honeymoon an amazing experience.

Breakfast "buffet" in the LL is a joke. Its not worth standing in line for and the service is non-existent. The wait for an elevator in the mornings is ridiculous, we just used the stairs in the mornings from the 3rd floor. The push to buy show tickets or set for a "travel club" meeting at check in is a little pushy. General building upkeep is needed, bathroom door splintered, tub looks dark and dingy on bottom, rusting metal in view. The pool is tiny and they do not lift the in/out window. Hot tub fits maybe six in a hotel that size!!! All house keeping and maintenance staff do not speak english. Pros: Room and hallways very clean. HK does not enter your room daily, unless you call them. This is a great security feature. There is plenty of parking, but you may have walk a bit to get in the building. Quiet rooms.

We thought we were missing the spring break crowd, but it seems we were mistaken. The number of guests definitely impacted our stay. I think the staff did their best, but there were various issues related to crowds. Also, we weren't happy with the cleanness of our room.

In my bathroom it was rusted around the pipes, toilet handle, trash can….. I had to walk alone in the dare quite a ways to park… I would not ever stay here again nor would I recommend this resort….. And strange $10.00 charges on my bill that I still have to call and check on!!!! Very unimpressed!!!

The check in process was exhausting. There was over an hour wait and a very large traffic jam with honking. Our room had a view of hills and parking lot. For the sunrise if you closed half the curtains and sat at the edge of the bed it was picturesque. The breakfast line was intimidating, but overall quick moving. There were many options to choose from. We were only there for 1 night but that was enough. The bathroom was ek. And there were random items found near the dresser, under the bed and near the air conditioner. Which led me to believe it wasn't throughly cleaned. The staff I encountered was friendly.
