“We stayed 2 nights and the room was very nice. Breakfast was great. The staff was amazing. Bonnie at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Beth worked in the boutique and was also there to help with bookings to shows and events. Service was amazing. Will stay there again next visit to Branson Mo.”

“The owner of this particular unit H2 had not changed the air conditioning air filter in a very long time as it was filthy covered in hair and dirt in the air was obviously difficult to breathe in the unit itself. I called the service number they said they would bring out a new filter and never did even though I reminded them several times so we bought a new filter and replaced it ourselves at our own expense. Unhappy”

“When we arrived there at 5 PM, the room temperature was set to 65 degrees, and we could not get it changed. We called maintenance twice and finally gave up at 11 PM. It was a miserable 5 hours of cold. They did not get the thermostat fixed until the next day.”

“Rooms very clean. Staff is amazing! Nice indoor pool and hot tub. Hot breakfast waffles, sausage, eggs, bagels, biscuits & gravy. Definitely staying here again.”

“We have stayed here multiple times. It’s easy access to the strip and the backroads to get around. This time the floor was sticky and the desk wasn’t wiped down.”

“Our room was a one room studio, the only drawback in the room was no door to separate the bathroom/washroom from the bedroom. If my wife was sleeping while I was getting ready I had to try and use as little light as possible from the shower area to use the sink because there was no door to separate the sink from the bed area. Otherwise the room was great for the two of us. The kitchen and dining area was just right for our needs. The hot breakfast provided for the Inn was utilized and welcome……

“We paid for 2 queen rooms with a connecting room and they gave us 2 rooms with full beds and not connecting. Roaches in one room and the other room air conditioner not working. I paid for my rooms at least a month or 2 early.”

“Good location to walk to Branson Landings, however we had connecting rooms and both bathrooms were not very clean. There was hair on the floor and in the bathtub. A toy was also under the vanity, so it probably was not swept or mopped or that would have been removed.”
