It was my first experience with the airport. (Very easy to get to from the house - only 30 miles!) It always amazes me on every stay, how quiet and peaceful it is at the house, but how quickly you can drive to restaurants, and attractions. “Very remote, if you’re looking for peace and nature this is the place. Host were more than considerate by leaving bare essentials food and snacks for the family. Ive never had that anywhere else. They were easy to contact and replied almost instantly everytime. The lodge has a great setup and just so remote nobody wanted to leave. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up. Will be staying again if im in the area. Very highly recommend.”

“Great place to stay, home is extremely clean and very well appointed. Nice quite neighborhood and just a minute to restaurants. Less then 15 minutes to the dragstrip so makes it perfect if you are needing lodging for an event there. Communication is on point and easy check in/out. We will be staying again in a couple months”

“Gracious host who were Flexible and Available! Cute cabins! Two large dining tables and chairs were set up in the gigantic kitchen that accommodated all 18 of us! There was something for everyone to do. We enjoyed the game room and playing foosball, pool, ping pong, and basketball shoot out as well as weight equipment. Petting the kitten, dogs, horse and cow, and the playground was entertained the younger ones and little Henry loved the little train! Plus the basketball court, barbecue grill and……

“I chose this property because of its proximity to the Mark Twain National Forest. The cabins are quaint and nestled together on a lit wooded path that's really relaxing to walk. Each cabin has a porch to sit on and enjoy the tranquility. My cabin, #5, had a small microwave, fridge, two chairs and a table. The bathroom had a full-sized tub shower. The AC worked great. If you happen to miss the deer, turkeys and rabbits I saw, there are some horses and friendly dogs on the property you can't……

“I am not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I have stayed in many hotels and motels across North America and in other countries and had no issues at this location and I can be quite picky. The building is clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly. They have pet-friendly rooms with ample amount of outdoor space for dogs to run around. The breakfast bar and coffee were a nice extra feature.”
