"Hotel check in is sort of late - 5pm, but they will store your bags for you while you go out and explore. Concierge/bell man Chad was super friendly and helpful. Location is great for exploring Old Quebec - only a 12 minute walk to Chateau Frontenac. The room service menu is good and very reasonably priced. Cheaper than eating in the area restaurants. We ordered from there several times and it arrived hot and delicious. We shared wings, pizza, a wrap, onion rings and fried pickles during our 4 day stay. Eggs Benedict for breakfast too. There is a nice coffee machine in the room - coffee is pretty good. Pool and hot tub are nice and clean. Pool towels are skimpy and sad - definitely could use an upgrade there. All in all great service and comfy room. Would stay here again."

"Very clean rooms!! Staff was lovely, friendly & patient ! Bar area and lobby very inviting - fire added ambiance. Peaceful by River. Museum attached was fascinating- great history and exhibits of Wendak history and culture!"
