“When you flush the toilet in bathroom it makes a horrible loud noise. Info on apartment states it has washer and dryer - it does not. It has a washer and a hanging rack. There was still food in fridge and cabinets, was only given 2 towels for 4 people. Beds are close to floor and are horrible. No roller paper in one of the bathrooms. I truly wanted to walk out. ”

“After the hustle and bustle of the city, Chapel of Barras was just what the Dr. ordered. I’m traveling for pleasure, but also to finish a book I’ve been putting off, and this was a perfect stop. It was peaceful, quiet, perfect for my early morning yoga—followed by a delightful and filling homemade breakfast—a couple hours walking, then plenty of uninterrupted time to put pen to paper. Michelle and David were especially lovely: 10/10 would recommen. ”

“A lovely overnight stay. The sandwiches at lunchtime ( especially the Club) and the truffle and Parmesan fries were superb as was dinner. Lovely clean rooms, tastefully decorated throughout the hotel and staff were extremely helpful. What a stunning position next to the river!”

“Apartment is very modern and well equipped for a short stay or a long stay! Towels and bedding were of high quality, as were fixtures and fittings. Fast flowing shower and fast WiFi. The added smart features give the apartment a very premium feel. Lots of amenities nearby”

“Lovely stay for one night. Room was small for two people, but everything we needed. Good for a one night stay. Staff were efficient and friendly. Good breakfast choice. Thank you”

“The check in process took us 3 hours in total. We were not sent the check in instructions and when we tried to call the number listed there was no one connected. After waiting 2.5 hours someone connected and when we managed to talk to her she then couldn’t get the lockbox code which took another 30 minutes ”

“Everything we experienced at Palm Court Hotel was above and beyond excellent. We really enjoyed our stay. The food was outstanding. The staff were really helpful and Jenna the Manager on duty was exceptional in helping us and making sure our stay was enjoyable. I would thoroughly recommend this Hotel to anyone.”
