“The only odd thing was having a master lighting switch at the door< which confused us at first. A call to the front desk educated us and all was great after that.”

“Construction is being done, material could have been more organized. The floor where my room was smelled like mildew (very strong odor). I asked the front desk staff and was told one of the rooms flooded with the rain like that's normal. Last the room wasn't clean, had hair all over the bath tub wall. Room did not smell clean. Breakfast was horrible. Never staying at another Best Western.”

“This place is truly a hidden gem. Close to downtown for the restaurants and activities, but in a nice neighborhood. So much here, beautiful rooms and even a big backyard. The comman areas are delightful, and our room was even better. Enjoyed the big soaker tub with the jets.”

“Everything was exceptional. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room spacious, clean, quiet. Internet good. Breakfast hot, good selections, and staff at breakfast exceptionally friendly and helpful. Everyone we encountered from check in to check out and even the person working around the hotel that we passed in the hallway went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay.”

“My kids and I stayed 5 nights and we enjoyed it. It's an older hotel so there are some items that need addressing. When we got there some storms had come through and knocked the power out and the elevators were down for many hours so we had to hike up 9 flights of stairs 3 times and on the last time we decided to carry our luggage up to the room. The elevators never really seemed to work properly after that. But they were running. A handle on one of the shower doors was broke. My youngest……

“The room had dead ants near the window and I found some alive crawling over both beds. Restroom toilet and sink were gross. Stained and had hair.”
