The Hyatt Sierra Lodge was a perfect location with great activities for everyone - walking trails, the Beach, hiking, biking, snow capped mountain views, cool dry air, perfect sunny skies, visiting all over Lake Tahoe including Incline Village, Heavenly, Emerald Bay, Tahoe City, Squaw Valley, and King's Beach. The only knock on it is it is false to say it has “full resort access” when you have to pay 15 extra per person to go to the pool and the beach was only accessible on certain limited days and times and it had construction going on so it wasn’t really “resort-like”.”

“When we arrived at check in, we were informed that the two bedroom we rented was not available because the water heater was broken, and we were downgraded to a one bedroom. I wish we had been informed ahead of time as I was traveling with my family including two young children, and we could barely fit in a one bedroom. It was uncomfortable to say the least.
