“I don’t understand the decent ratings for this place. I got there and there were no luggage carts in existence (I don’t believe they were just being used, I left at 6 am and there were none then either). The room itself was ok, but the vinyl flooring needed to be mopped, my feet got dirty from walking around barefoot. There was no shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom and no hair dryer either (although I was able to get one from the front desk). Bed sucked, it was hard and lumpy. The morning I was……

“Light above sink didn’t work. Tub faucet was very hard to use. Needed more bed pillows or some that weren’t so flat. No ice”

“No lift for 3rd floor, but rooms are ok.”

“No one was there when we checked in. Ring reached her and she was there in a few minutes. Place was so sketchy we bailed on ourpayment and left without checking in.”

“The rooms were very clean. the Staff very polite the parking lot is ok just need a little more light.”
