“Hi there was a lady bartender she was limping and the lady African American who check us in (sorry I am not good with names ) they both exceeded the expectation the other they were ok! the breakfast was good but if some items went out they took long time to refill, so over all our stay was good”

“We couldnt check in because the manager never showed up. After waiting outside for almost 2 hours and three phone calls my husband and i ended up leaving and driving the rest of the 6 hours home. I also have current picturea that i want to share because the property today is nothing like what is posted on your website. I would like a refund please because on the third phone call the manager told me he never received my reservation from Expedia and he had issues with Expedia in the past. This……

“This hotel is imposter. They show you the most beautiful immaculate pictures. In the whole entire world for you to stay at this hotel, you get there. And it's like the e b nibbles creepy business, this place is more for condemning. Not for family are single women. Be careful, this hotel is not safe. Probably not for anyone, but the guy at the front desk.His name is rocky.And he was the most amazing sweetest guy.They give you the best customer service”

“Surprisingly nice hotel - it would be perfect for people attending events at the monument. They have a very nice pool, breakfast was good and they offered a reception with drinks and popcorn at night including a cultural training from a Lakota gentleman. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The laundry on site was handy and the staff were super helpful as well. The gym is in the basement so we didn’t end up using that and the hot tub jets didn’t work.”

“I am not sure why, but the rooms reek of cigarettes, even when I asked to change (there were seem to be cigarette burn marks in the carpet) the next room on a different floor smelled the same, with an added mildew smell in the bathroom. Curtains had stains on them and hair was in the shower curtain before we used, and no soap… Front desk was very sweet.”

“The property appears to be in the middle of some updates. However those didn’t seem to make it into the rooms themselves. The photos are deceiving. I ended changing rooms ones because of what appeared to be mold on the AC unit. The second room wasn’t much better. I found gum stuck to the bathroom vanity, toothpaste drips all down the front of the vanity, missing light bulbs and so much more. There was a strong sewer gas small in the hallways. I don’t find a working ice machine Breakfast was……

“Excellent hotel. Excellent amenities and the staff was great. My only problem was the handicap accessible room was the farthest from the elevator. It was a really long walk for my wife who uses a Walker. Other than that it was terrific.”

“This property — via its employees — needs to be forthcoming and transparent about the almost-$10 hidden “resort fee” it charges for pool use and for patronizing — paying money to, mind you — other businesses in its vicinity, including other hotels as well as casinos, apparently. Why are guests who stay at this hotel expected to pay additional money for using the on-site pool and for patronizing nearby businesses as well? That expectation is absolutely illogical. Guests are able to request to not……

“Camera pulitissima, struttura nuova e ben tenuta. Il personale del ricevimento dovrebbe essere più presente all'accoglienza, spesso non vi era nessuno, soprattutto negli orari pomeridiani e prima serata. Colazione migliorabile, soprattutto per ospiti con allergie ed intolleranze. Una dipendente si è prodigata lei stessa per comprare del latte di mandorla, ma dovrebbe essere l'albergo a fornire il tutto.”
