「Everything about our stay was exceptional. The property was spotless, and every staff member we encountered was incredibly attentive and welcoming. The food was wonderful, and the hot tubs were a perfect way to relax. We also really appreciated the convenience of having a water-filling station and ice machine right on the property. 「The staff was great and accommodating. I booked a room with 2 queen beds, and received email confirmation from Expedia of "multiple beds". Expedia sent request for King room to Outbound. The hotel had no remaining double rooms and we had two adult children staying in the room. The hotel gave us a separate queen bed room even though the error was Expedia's. 」
