“The property was in the country and easy to find. The owners were on holiday so we didn’t get to meet them but Carol let us into the cottage. She was amazing! Very helpful and kind! She showed us around the property, and gave us recommendations on where to buy groceries and some things to do in the area. We loved hearing the history of the property. The cottage was very clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. We would definitely recommend! ”

“Very good location in city. Parking place in side of back yard (behind of gate), very good spacious and safety. Room for single was also spacious. Bathroom was nice. Bed was comtable, I sleep very well. Breakfast was good. Personnel in hotel was very friendly and helpful, I got plenty of good information of city.”

“I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Ballindrum Farm. My room was clean, nicely decorated, and had a beautiful view. Mary (the owner) was very welcoming and even drove me to town because I didn't have a car. To top it off, guests are allowed to watch the cows being milked every day from a viewing gallery (yes, Ballindrum is also a working dairy farm). I highly recommend it.”

“It was in a beautiful location! However there was not much communication between the staff and myself. I had emailed about their additional services and never heard back, I checked in at 4:30 (online it said check in started at 4) and they had already left the property, so I was left alone with a note and no real description about how I could use the living room space and wood fire. It is a lovely place just a bit lonely to see no one during your entire stay and have no one else staying at the……

“We had a great stay, John went above and beyond to make sure we could get to the wedding we were attending with no issues. Breakfast was great the next morning too. We would definitely stay again!”

“Everything good except shower in ensuite needs new shower head. Very poor Internet signal at the house. No WiFi in house either. No outdoor furniture in back yard. Good central location for tourist attractions. Good Central heating. Very limited channels on TV. Good big dining room for family meals seating 8 people. Overall nice property with spacious bedrooms and living room.”

“We were just a quick stop overnight, but it met our needs. Didn’t make use of the pool or fitness rooms bc we arrived after they closed, which was early compared to other places we stayed on this trip. That was our only complaint. It fully met our needs otherwise. Parking was a good set up”
