「NO AC !!
The room is advertised as having AC, but on the day of check-in I was informed that it was not working. I was asked to turn the AC off immediately, and was told that someone would come the next day to make sure it was switched off. I did so, and unfortunately had no AC during my entire 3-night stay, despite temperatures of 38–39°C outside. I was told they were “working on it,” but I didn’t receive any further updates during my stay about whether it had been fixed.

「My wife and I stayed in the MH Living apartment for two nights in November 2025. The apartment was very spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The location was great as it is close to the center (15 min walk) or a few minutes to the tram (we loved riding around Graz on the tram and even used it to visit our friend in the hospital). 「Jättesvårt att hitta och checka in. Dock så är detta pga att man bor mitt i en byggarbetsplats. Så när hela byggnaden är klar så kommer nog skyltarna upp och underlättar」
